Campaign Mission Start Times

Post by AH_Moggy »

What would happen if, say, we built a Kokoda New Guinea campaign and, upon mission build, in FMB changed the designated (first) mission start time from (for example, IIRC it starts at) 22:00 hrs to daylight (e.g., 08:00)?

Would the campaign, on reading the eventlog at the conclusion of that mission, automatically build the next mission for a 10:00 (a.m.) start, or would it revert to 12:00 a.m. (the next scheduled mission using the stock campaign start time?

(Or, as I suspect, would we have simply screwed up the works?)

Thanks in advance,

Moggy

I suspect it would screw up. Never a good idea to alter the mission file after it is built, unless you are simply adding/deleting scenery.

The Clock Advance tool is the recommended way to change the campaign date and time.

Ah, I didn't know quite how the "clock advance" worked. Thanks!
