Ships not being attacked

I seem to be having problems getting my SBDs to attack ships. Any ideas?

can you give a bit more detail on whats happening?

Just to clarify the exact nature of the issue and determine if this is a game issue or SEOW one.

Do you have 100% recon on the ship/s?
Were the ships moving?
Did your plotted mission have ground attack WP on the specified ship and the waypoint was within close proximity of the ship in question?
What was the weather like?

A number of factors can make it hard to get aircraft to hit the target in question so the more info the better.

Am not sure what version of IL2 you're using. Hawk5 has pointed out the SEOW issues. Pleases note that there are game issues with ordering in your flight when attacking ground targets and ships. This has largely been resoved in HSFX with recent patches.
