Balaton

We now have a large number of supported maps for SE but with the introduction of supply feature, the Balaton map looks great to include.

So I'll start working on it.

Its got lots of roads, bridges (and railways) which looks as though it would allow for a good campaign in just about any mode you choose to run SE in.

Now for a name.

Budapest (city is 60/70km NE of lake off map)
