Automatic Flight Briefings

Cmirko asked for the MP to automatically generate flight briefings, so I added this in MP v6.0.40. They aren't fully descriptive, but they give good flight plan information, speeds, directions, altitudes, tasks.

as well would be nice if the briefing were shown in the "Planned Flight Details" box under Pilot Roster tool
