statistics too slow

I have a copy of the SE in a local system with Linux, and it runs ok. Where should I check?. Re-uploading statistics files?

Check out whether your MySQL configuration supports InnoDB Tables and whether all the tables in your DB are in fact of the InnoDB type. See also my posting here: http://raf74.net/seow/viewtopic.php?p=7 ... light=#763 and the following replies!

I think that's not the problem.

We have played two missions. The statistics for the first one, runs ok, but not the second one. Same server, same DB configuration...

Anyway, host does not allow me to access the my.cnf file.
