Hi
I believe there is a windsock object in the game, in fact, three types in different positions regarding the wind strength AFAIK.
Maybe SEOW can place one of these objects in the apropiate direction so the pilots can see if the take off or landing is secure or not.

Nice! Loon can you please tell me the names of the windsock objects so that I can place them in the mission file? The name I need is the internal FMB name, e.g. the searchlight has GMB name "vehicles.lights.Searchlight$SL_ManualBlue".
Cheers,

I know I am asking a lot, but are there any approximate ETA on the HSFX based on the TD4.10
Since I have no knowledge of IL2s inner working I doubt that modding an IL version to HSFX are trivial.
102-Yu and EAF are in the final stage planning a seow based on the historical Operation Crossbow and estimate that we can start it up between january and february.
Pilots on both sides have shown interest in a HSFX based on TD4.10.
Happy new year Guys

Hi Starfire,
HSFX release due: 2 weeks*
SEOW release due: 1 week after HSFX release
* Oleg's measurement
Seriously, Charlie is the person to ask about HSFX releases, not us here. All I know is that people are working on both HSFX and SEOW right now.

Hi Starfire,
IMHO it can't be answered, right now, as it depends also on TD and how fast will the 4.101 fix come out.
Anyway, HSFX guys are really hard at work and I don't think we should bug them now with dates.
Cheers!

I have checked 6 x Solomons maps of 4.10.
Tables changed:
- Bridges x 6
- Highways x 6 (roads records increase from 0842 to 0144)
- Highways_Intersections x 6
- Sectors_Seasons x 6
- Tile_Map_Codes x 6
Tables with no change:
- Airbases
- Airbases_Layouts
- Industrial_Installations
php files changed:
MP_Maps.php
All new captures are done, I will send new files in 1 or 2 days.

Hi all, just a quick question:
The new industrial target "plates" are there as an object in HSFX already, but I can't seem to be able to find any discussion here about it, as to how will they work, or what is the status of implementing them in SEOW.
If I missed something, could someone please point out the right thread to read about it?
Thanks!

Hi Devill,
I haven't got to them yet. But in order for them to be used in SEOW we would need to capture locations across relevant maps (Berlin, Normandy, Manchuria, etc etc) where they should be deployed, i.e. a table including Map, Plate/Area Name, X, Y, Z(orientation). Kind of like the Industrial_Installations table.
