Mission Length in MP does not Match DCS Setting

With my previous problem ( DB not talking to MP) solved , I set out to initialize a very simple
template - one flight of aircraft per army , one ship per fleet , and a few AAA positions for each side.
They all initialized properly.
I went to plot a mission , and the MP limited my flight time to 60 minutes , even though the build specified
(I verified this) 3 hours.
Where should I track this down.
I have reviewed my settings tabs and failed to find the culprit.

Any help appreciated.

DCS, Movement tab, sliders for air mission duration and ground mission duration, for both Allied and Axis forces.
