the delete database does not seem to work, any pointers please

For security reasons for automated multi-campaign installs, the delete database feature in the DCS does not work. Normally this is not really required since you can just revise your DB connection settings to point to a different DB.
However if you do find that you have some DB entries that you want to trim, simply edit the "SEOW-DCS-V3.1.3.exe.config" file inside your "C:\Program Files\Scorched Earth Online War System" folder and remove the offending "dbxx" sections. Always leave the "db01" section in place. Oh, and MAKE A BACKUP OF THIS FILE BEFORE YOU MESS WITH IT.
