If your problem is a technical one like "What is the best tool to have a look at the Objects Specifications Table?", then I would recommend you the freeware program "SQLyog Community Edition". With this program you can create/delete/backup/restore/view/alter complete databases or tables (and probably much more).
If you have a little knowledge about what a db is and what you wnat to do with it, then the program is pretty selfexplanatory. From my POV it is much easier to handle than phpmyadmin or the GUI tools provided by MySQL.
