well few months ago i made 1 simple excel file which calculate all that
all you have to do is just to at begining every campagin insert plane types and starting value of planes which all of us know for other side at begining
and after that after every finished mission you enter losses of detroyed units for each side and you have the numbers other side have, so you can know with little efford what other side can plan for next mission
well there is little problem if factories are working becouse you do not know what are they are producing and in what numbers, it is little easier if reinforsments are add manualy so all again know how many planes and what type you are add to campagin so you add it
