Industrial Production

I have a question about the Industries...

We have a set up of 60 points per mission. If we don´t order a Factory to produce for, let´s say 3 missions, that Factory would have 180 points accumulated? And could I use those 180 to produce a 120 points unit "inmediatly"??

Factories with no production orders do not produce points.
