New Asia-Pacific Maps

Hi everyone,

Our map maestro Dore (JP) has recently contributed 4 new maps for SEOW:

*) Palembang
*) Borneo
*) Santa Cruz Islands
*) Western Carolines

I will release a content update for SEOW that will inlcude these maps. A big thanks to Dore!
