Murmansk map initialisation problem

Hi,
The map Barent sea as a strange name that make crash the DCS.

It's a problem with the ' I think.
Any idea to solve it.
I try to modify on my hand the database to "mixx_Zapolare" (without the ') but I must change the .mis every time and if I forgot, it make crach all
