Both the Kuban and Crimea campaigns have moved the launch to an hour earlier in Zulu time to keep the launch times constant in local time for the majority of participants in these sectors. I don't know what other sectors are doing in this regard.

I was hoping to get explicit commander approvals for keeping the lineup and launch times tied to European times, but will interpret continued silence as assent.

If there are no objections, I will proceed as proposed.

Request that Crimea Missions Remain at 2100 CET

With Europe moving to daylight savings time next Sunday, I'd like to propose that the European time-zone Crimea missions remain at 2030 lineup/2100 launch Central European Time. This would move the lineup time from 1930 Z to 1830 Z with launch time moving from 2000 Z to 1900 Z beginning this coming ...

Request Kuban missions remain at 2130 Eastern

With the US going into daylight savings time today, I'd like to propose that the Amerkas time-zone Kuban missions remain at 2100 lineup/2130 launch Eastern time. This would move the lineup time from 0200 Z to 0100 Z with launch time moving from 0230 Z to 0130 Z beginning this coming Thursday night (...

S! Just out of curiosity, what version of the game were the people who got kicked on Sunday using? In my case, exactly the same settings as the server: HSFX4.1 with the 4.11 patch plus so-called realistic bomb and torpedo fusing. I have never used any mod set other than HSFX... and I was the first ...

At the moment the 69.GIAP server has not yet been updated to this latest patch (it has the earlier ones though), and I don't think it will make any difference for either Kuban or Crimea. Whether it is installed or not will not affect your ability to fly in these sectors, if I understand correctly. S...

Correct, Tanker. 69.GIAP has a TS server, of course, but we are not using it for the Kuban campaign so I didn't mention it. This thread is about the mission server, not TS servers. We are using the Ground Zero SEOW TS server for the allied side in the Kuban campaign. I have no idea what TS server th...

The address of the 69.GIAP server is seow.69giap.ch:21000 or 193.138.215.48:21000 Feel free to test your connection to this server at any time it has a dogfight map up (i.e. any time it is not in active use in an SEOW campaign). It generally is running HSFX4.2 beta, though the settings may differ sl...

When will the Kuban sector be ready for planning? We'd like to reschedule the first mission with enough planning time.

Well, at least we have an explanation for the suddenly changed campaign settings that had us riled up for awhile, but these discussions took place in the allied forums where Brandle and Shades would not have seen them or my suggestion that we have a "stand down" to straighten things out.

That is unfortunate, but better to find out now than when everyone is trying to line up for a mission that has no flights! :-)

Any idea what went wrong with the transfer of your DBs to the main server?

Because the first Kuban mission was defective we could not fly it. We should find a day other than Thursday for the next attempt because next two Thursdays are Christmas Eve and New Year's Eve. I suggest we use this thread to find an alternative. Of course we will be limited by the time it takes to ...

Just to avoid any misunderstandings, while the Kuban missions are to be held on Thursday night from an Amerikan point-of-view, they will actually begin Friday morning at 0230 Z from a UTC point-of-view. Gross has tried to convey this in the chart, but I want to make it explicit.
