MP "Lock" Function

Hi all,

Devill asked me to write a little function to lock the MP to prevent commanders making changes while the DB is being edited, as a convenience tool for admins.

I have written this and uploaded the changes to the Crete Mission Planner. If you see a black padlock on the front page of the MP, don't bother trying to log in unless you are the admin!

Hi Shades,

Thx for this mate, gonna make admin life a bit easier.

However, Cipson says that now pilots can't edit the Roster. Anything changed there? MP is unlocked.

Works for me, logging in as an Axis pilot. Is anyone else still having the problem?
