Campaign Initialization: Accepting templates now

Hi everyone,

Hawk_5 and I did some testing last night and we have succeeded in loading his template on a test server. Because of the way we are conceptualizing some units the template loading is a little finicky, but we are essentially ready to go.

So, to all commanders, complete your templates and email them to me. If you have any difficulties in getting the right things onto the map, just send me a list of assumptions/substitutions you have made and I will make adjustments to get it into line. I will assemble all templates into a combined deployment and load it into the HQ Mission Planner and we can start the campaign.

I have got the Normal_Group_Strengths correct in the DB now, and have updated CC ranges and morale influence.

My units are initialized and in place.

Soviet commanders can see them at HQ MP.

I will be doing recon and fuel freight adjustments after everything is loaded.

Armwaar has contributed ResGren212 and SicherungsRegt375. I believe that Warg is assisting Faustnik with Pionier-Btn70.

Pionier-Bataillon 70 is now in place, thanks to Faustnik and Warg.

The last two commanders who have yet to lodge are Subg and Justus.
