Adjustments to campaign

One thing that I have no recollection of discussing was if Bordurians get any other tank types in response to the Syldavians recieving the new variants with HSFX 7. Maybe it wasn't and there was no intention to but I wouild like to clarify Bordurian tanks and troops to be included as part of moving forward with HSFX/SEOW 7.

I imagine Bordurian troops should be roughly inline in type with what Syldavians will receive but as they are on the offensive numbers need to be clarified.

Now that we are there the Syldavians (and maybe Bordurians) should have these new tanks and troops in supply before next mission and indeed ASAP for planning purposes. As such Bordurian reinforcement numbers need to be decided ASAP for the same reason.

A TS chat needed on this when we can please. We can get the supply points for the infantry sorted then too.

While I was at it I made available an experimental Karl Gerat Mortar to the Bordurians. I'll pop in what I can as its clarified.
