- European Timings: squadrons registered have always priority; players not listed as above must request on the forum and be enabled by the Map Commander if possible.

Thank you

By the way, we filled out the application with an indication to be Allied in this campaign, but we are completely open to taking the Axis side, if necessary. We have been running smaller scale SEOW campaigns with the 69.GIAP North American contingent for months on Monday and Thursday evenings at 2130 EST GMT -5 (New York Time). As with the =AVG=, the 69.GIAP is willing to change sides, if necessary, and they can bring 4 to 6 pilots on most nights. Both of our schedules are also flexible to a degree.

I don't want to speak for the GIAP and I realize they are aligned as Allied in this campaign, but there may be a way to split their NA pilots to focus on a different sector and maybe even a different side. As long as they didn't switch sides mid-campaign, pilots from the same virtual squadron may participate on opposite sides, correct?

Hi Storm,

Since Luny has joined on Axis, American Timing Mission is now possible.
Please, search for any american player across all the squadrons and try to check out the situation on the two sides.

Thanks

Hi Storm,

To touch on your GIAP comment, it's highly doubtfull that our NA members would be interested to fly Axis...

Cheers,
Petr

Hi Gross,

Sure, I think they will love to fly on the Red side and have just launched the question if the NA wing would like to take command of the Kuban sector.

But keep in mind we have 3 kinds of NA members:
1. Those that only like to fly Euro hours. About half.
2. Those that can only fly NA in the week and Euro in the weekend. About half.
3. Those that can fly Euro and NA during the week and weekends. Limited.

Cheers,
Petr

If this is the case, AVG would be willing to switch to the Axis side to help balance the sides.

As for the NA Time Zone schedule, it seems Monday nights at 2130 EST (GMT-5) would be a likely candidate.

Stats from our test mission last night:

Depends on the theater. In the Pacific we have no problem flying for the Emperor. We've done that before and can do it again. We'd be reluctant to fly Axis in a European theater. The Amerikas Expeditionary Force of 69.GIAP is the group of 69.GIAP pilots who like to fly in a North Amerikan evening time slot. It is not limited to pilots from North Amerika, and does not include all 69.GIAP pilots who are located in North Amerika.

However, as 69.GIAP will be flying as allied on Sunday and we'd like to fly on both Tuesday and Sunday, the AEF should also fly as allied on Tuesday. Otherwise we'd need to be registered as both Axis and Allied and a security risk for both sides. :-)

Flying isn't dangerous. Crashing is what's dangerous.
