Why did all the gunner kicked?

All the gunners got kicked on the first mission, was this solved?

I don' know why it is so, but you have to enter "DSC GUNNER" without " in the comm bar which open with "²" or by clicking on it (top left of the screen). before selecting a gunner seat.

yes its solved, mainly all gunners must do two things, enter DSC GUNNER into chat and press fly button. in first mission we had a gunner which did only first half of upper sentence, since server wasn't sure which gunner was ready (il2 log shortcoming) because of that it kicked all gunners so that we can fly the mission...
