Notices

From DCS v3.2.15 onwards, SEOW generates notices for various exceptions encountered during the campaign. These exceptions are normal campaign issues, they are NOT related to failures of the system. If notices are current, commanders will see a yellow icon with an exclamation mark () in the top left section of any MP map screen for the campaign sector. Mousing over the notices icon will display an expanded tooltip describing the current notices (see below):

Notices are issued for flight abort, reduction or cancellation events, and for incorrect landing locations etc. If no notices are current, the notices icon will be replaced by a standard "notepad" icon.
