Artillery emplacements

Enable Automatic Artillery Emplacements: With this enabled, artillery units will be given their own dug-in emplacements, ammunition boxes, sandbags and/or radio objects. These are purely cosmetic only - there is not cost associated with this scenery and destruction of any scenery object is not tracked.

Here is a screenshot of emplacements placed around artillery by SEOW with the Automatic Artillery Emplacements option turned on. In the foreground is an ATG-45 and beyond is a Maxime gun. It would seem to make more sense to have the high side of the emplacement facing the enemy, but if this was done not every gun type guns would fire forward effectively.

As of SEOW7, these emplacements will co-exist with the new Defensive Formations/Emplacements feature.
