Hi Shades,

yes please to the name change, thanks.

Tank Movement-What is best 1x4 group or 4 single units

Salute,
Just putting the foundations together for a squad event.
What do people think is best for performance, using individual units or selecting the group object?

Any advice / pointers welcome

mapping road layout

Hello, Could I ask a question about mapping roads? I am a little uncertain on what is required. the instructions say about having a vechicle drive the route to an intersection. Does this mean that for a road layout (as per my crude design below) I would plot a truck moving from point 1 to point 2, t...

@PA-Dore Salute for your excellent work. may i ask how things are going. I would very much like to build a seow based on this map. I may be able to contribute some time and effort towards your project. Is there any thing I could do to help? Cheers DD_Frior www.dangerdogz.com (Due to a spelling error...

Ok, many thanks,

I will have a look at updating, (also look at version numbers just in case I wrote it down wrong!)

I will do another test and if it still does not work, provide some better information.
Cheers

Tank movement in the desert

Salute one and all. I am just laying the foundations for an seow based on the desert map. My problem is that I am unable to get the tanks to move over the desert. If I plot them to move off road, nothing happens, if I have them on the road, they move fine. I have the movement rules set to simple. Am...

Squad wanted to fly against - Could it be you?

The Danger Dogz (www.dangerdogz.com) are looking for a large squad to have a SEOW match with. Ideally the squad would be able to field up to 16 pilots (minimum 12 pilots) for 12 one hour missions. The proposed day for the match would be each Sunday at 4pm, Eastern Daylight Time. If the group doesn't...

But it is definitely not a "no brainer" to ensure all pilots get their acts together.

Sorry shades, but what are you trying to say here, that I should make sure all pilots have all skins d/l and installed in the correct folders or that I dont have to worry?

Using skins and FPS overhead

I have read the thread on how skins work but was wondering, could anyone that has run a full seow using custom skins advise me please as to whether they had any frame rate issues / lags as a result. Do the skins only need to reside with the person hosting the mission or should all players download t...
